Job Responsibilities

    • Monitor and manage operational budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to achieve financial targets.
  • Process Optimization
    • Analyze current operational processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
    • Ensure streamlined operations and adherence to best practices.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of department managers and staff.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to measure productivity and efficiency.
    • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance.
  • Quality and Compliance

  • Strategic Vendor and Stakeholder Management

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management or a similar role.
